I recently had work performed on my vehicle, and after the repair, my car broke down due to 3 bolts being left loose on the wheel rear hub. This is not a minor oversight-its a serious safety issue that could have resulted in a catastrophic accident, injury or worse. As a customer, I trust a professional automotive shop to perform repairs correctly to ensure that all components are properly secured before returning a vehicle. Leaving critical wheel hub bolts loose demonstrates a lack of attention to detail and raises concerns about the quality of their workmanship and inspection procedures. The breakdown caused me significant inconvenience, unexpected expenses, and unnecessary stress. I expect much better from a business that advertises automotive services. If you're considering this garage, I strongly suggest a second opinion and carefully checking any work performed on your vehicle before driving away. SAFETY SHOULD NEVER BE COMPRISED, AND IN MY EXPERIENCE, IT WAS. I took my 2014 Nissan Rogue in because I thought it needed new brakes and rotors. I didn’t remember getting new brakes and I went over 100,000 miles. They looked at my car very quickly and the owner told me to come look at the brakes with him. He said your brakes and rotors are good and have lots of miles left before I need to replace them. I looked and was really pleased that I have found such an honest repair shop with good moral values. The owner said to me , “I can replace your brakes and rotors if that’s what you want but you honestly don’t need them. I thanked him and went on my way. I didn’t mention what the price was going to be but I will tell you it was $800 less than what 2 other large nationally known companies were quoting me! I highly recommend them for your car repairs.

Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Listened to what I wanted to have done and set my appointment. I was a little disappointed with the results of the actual work on my car. I had stated my concern about high fuel trims caused by a possible vacuum leak. I also requested a smoke test to check for a boost leak from my new intercooler. I got my vehicle back and the mechanic stated he performed the smoke test but could not pinpoint exactly where the smoke was coming from. I also noticed my mergepipe to be held on with zip ties and attached to my fan shroud in an attempt to pull it away from my pulley. This was due to my mergepipe appearing to have been reinstalled backwards. The mergepipe is canted forward to have proper clearance and having it facing backwards reduced to clearance to mere centimeters. There were two worm clamps put in place where one of my t-bolt clamp was. I asked about it and was told it was found broken. I dont understand how this could have happened. I did not get an update whether there were any scans done via the OBD In regards to my fuel trims/ possible vacuum leak issues that I was concerned with. Mechanic told me he wasn't very familiar with turbocha
